Blankets, Lego Sets and More Delivered to the Hospital through our Comfort Build-a-Bag Program

Last month was the first time back inside the pediatric ward with characters to deliver toys, since the COVID-19 global pandemic. Check out how that went here. We are happy to have Spider-Man and Belle back to help deliver toys to children at Kaiser Fontana. Kohls Cares volunteers helped carry and deliver toys room by room, and we are still following strict COVID protocols like COVID Testing before each visit, wearing masks and limiting the number of characters/volunteers.

Kids lit up with smiles being handed toys and other various items from Spider-Man and Belle. Items included lego sets, coloring books, LOL surprise packs, blankets and more! The goal of our Comfort Build-a-Bag program is to get their minds off of treatments and improve overall moral. Therapy dogs were also visiting, making it the perfect morning for kids in the pediatric ward. Characters and great toys/items bring magical moments to the hospital, and with great sponsors we are able to do so! Thank you to Kohls Cares for everything you guys do!

Stay tuned for the next Comfort Build-a-Bag visit, and remember to follow us on social media!
