Banning’s Monthly Cure Hunger Now Community Food Outreach gave out more great food again. Families received great food bags that could create multiple meals. Items ranged from Ground beef, lunch meat, chicken, rice, beans, noodles and more. Random items included, lunchables, pastries, cereal, bread, tortillas and more.
Volunteers from the Kids Cures Foundation, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints came together. Volunteers helped carry bags to cars for people, while others packed and filled bags to the top.
The outreach line grew fast by 9am, but our volunteers rocked it so well, it cleared by 9:25!! Over 650 people were served combined in each household. If you or someone you know needs help, please visit our food outreaches:
