This memorial day weekend we had over 100 people line up to receive their Cure Hunger Now Food Bag’s. This time around we gave out great items like rice, beans, chips, cereal, soup, noodles and more. Families are able to feed up to 7 people with these bags. Remember that the ultimate goal of Cure Hunger Now is to make sure that kids are getting enough to eat. Not just enough to eat, but some healthy choices as well.
Every bag is packed by volunteers, and our food is from Feeding America and Sponsors. Cure Hunger Now has fed thousands of people each year, and we want to help even more people! Please let friends and family know that our next Outreach is June 26 10-1p at Repplier Park while supplies last only.
This amazing outreach was able to feed over 1200 people combined in households; which is simply a blessing to our communities. Families might need that extra help, and we are here to provide that extra hand to help!
