Turning a Rainy Easter into a Brighter Day: Banning Food Outreach Gives out Easter Hams and More!

Cure Hunger Now Community Food Outreaches provide USDA food for families. Outreaches are held every second and last Saturday of the month, except for November and December please check website during Holidays for altered dates.

On March 30, volunteers came out to help distribute food to families, however it was a super rainy day. This made it really challenging since it was pouring rain from start to finish, but that did not stop us. Our amazing volunteers from kids cures, set free church banning and hub city church beaumont made it happen.

Hams, canned goods, cereal, sparkling lemonade, apple juice, milk, and so much more was given out to each family. Cure Hunger Now Food outreaches are on a first come first served basis. Over 40 Easter Hams were given out blessing many this Easter holiday. The Easter Bunny helped hand out eggs and goodie bags to children in cars. Our Cure Hunger Now food bags are filled to the top and loaded into cars by our amazing team.

Volunteers braved the bad weather just to make it happen, so we celebrated everyones hard work with Pizza! Right after the line cleared everyone got to enjoy some warm delicious pizza for all of their hard work. Our next Banning Food Outreach needs your help, sign up to volunteer here. It’s always a lot of fun and rewarding.

The next Banning Cure Hunger Now Community Food Outreach is on April 27 9-11AM

Located at 2014 W Nicolet St. Banning, CA 92220.
