Our Comfort Build-a-Bag program provides bags of goodies to kids in the hospital. Each visit we take some characters with us to spark excitement for children. As we become closer to the hospital we learned that a girl we will call, “K” loves Princess Belle.
Belle has been one of our volunteers that comes to visit the children with her busy schedule. She took time to visit K for her birthday, and brought a special bag full of Beauty and the Beast items purchased at Disneyland! K was surprised and happy to have a one on one experience with her favorite Princess.
Moments like these are what makes Comfort Build-a-Bag’s special for children.
