Every year we have our Halloween Bowling Fundraiser event at Empire Bowl in Redlands. This year was the most fun everyone has ever had. On October 28th just days before halloween 2017 volunteers and sponsors came out in their Halloween costumes to bowl and raise money. We had door prizes, raffles baskets, a bake sale, costume contest and more!
Our bake sale sold out on delicious selections, and our raffles brought in hundreds of dollars for Cure Hunger Now. Empire Bowl donated 2 lanes that night for 2 hours to help let everyone who came out to bowl. It was a lot of fun to be able to bowl unlimited, and practice skills. Below are photos of winners from our Costume Contest, Bowling Contest and some raffle baskets.
Winners included Best Costume, Most Creative Costume, Scariest Costume, Cutest Costume. For Bowling Winners it included, 1-3 Top Bowling Score and 1-3 Top Bowling Teams for the night. Many of us just had fun bowling, and others got a little creative.
This event is annual so we encourage everyone to stay tuned for next years because this is something you don't want to miss. We would like to thank everyone who came out to support our fundraiser Kohl's, Wal-Mart, Volunteers and All Stars. Donations go towards our program Cure Hunger Now to help stock our food banks with good food for kids and families. That is how we Take a Bite Out of Hunger with this event, by having fun, raising money, and making new friends along the way.
