For six years we have held our annual Halloween Bowling fundraiser benefiting our program, Cure Hunger Now. Our sponsor, Kohl’s invites teams from various Southern California stores. Teams compete for highest team bowling scores and individual scores creating a fun competitive environment at Empire Bowl in Redlands
Costumes were highly encouraged, and we gave out awards for Best Costumes, Most Creative, Cutest, and Coolest Costumes. Highest bowling scores were also given out and everyone received a goody bag as their door prize, full of delicious candy. Cookies and Cupcakes were for sale for all who wanted to purchase to help our Cure Hunger Now program.
Every year our raffle baskets are so perfect, it’s spooky! No one can resist purchasing raffle tickets at this event. We had over 27 baskets to raffle off for the night, with many people going home as multiple winners. Our President, Vicki Grunewald spent hours crafting and creating spectacular baskets.
This event would not be possible without Kohl’s and our volunteers to help bring it all together. Of course as always, we look forward to next year for even more Halloween fun.
