Volunteers come together to Cure Hunger Now!

At our most recent Cure Hunger Now Food Outreach we gave out 250 bags of food to people in our communities. Anyone is welcome to receive food at our outreaches, you do not have to live in Banning. In fact, 50 bag’s were delivered to the people of White Water thanks to volunteers Janet and Mike. All of our volunteers go out of their way to make sure these families eat every month! Cure Hunger Now is about helping families put meals on the table, and this happens with our Bag’s.

Center of Hope Church and the Pass Resource Volunteers came together to get bag’s packed just 16 hours before the outreach! These dedicated volunteers work in sync-- while some pack, others will restock the table with food for the bags. Others will load fully packed bags onto the truck for the outreach, and together we make it happen. Thank you to our volunteers, they packed, beans, rice, canned vegetables, noodles, tomato sauce, chicken legs, and more! It takes many hands to make light work.
