Our Comfort Build-a-Bag visits bring joy to kids in the hospital with bags full of toys, blankets, stuffed animals, coloring books, and more. This amazing program has been going on for over a decade thanks to the support of Kohl’s Cares, volunteers, and sponsors. Comfort Build-a-Bags are truly special because they help kids take their minds off treatments and onto some fun.
Being in the hospital can be a scary experience for kids, and sometimes a new blanket or stuffed animal can make all the difference. When Belle, Spider-Man, or Stitch hand you your Comfort Build-a-Bag, it truly is a special moment.
Volunteers work hard to sort and create the perfect mix of items, and then the characters deliver them to the kids. Kids had huge smiles on their faces as they received their Comfort Build-a-Bags. Volunteers went room to room surprising kids with great items, and you can help supply these visits.
