The Banning Cure Hunger Now Community Food Outreach was held this past Saturday for January. At this outreach families received USDA food from Feeding America such as, mozzarella cheese, tuna, Mac and cheese, canned beef, almonds, rice, garbanzo beans, cream of chicken soup and so much more!
Extras included, pizza, ice cream, various frozen meats, various frozen foods, bread, pastries, veggies, fruit and more!! Food received is at a first come first served and completely random. Families not only received food, but if they had children they could pick up a pack of Valentine Cards. Kids can then take these to school and pass out to the whole class on Valentines Day! Spreading love is the upmost important thing to share with kids, Happy Valentines Day!
