Volunteers Give out Meat, Snacks, Juice, Cereal, and More at the Latest Banning and Beaumont Cure Hunger Now Food Outreaches

Here at the Kids Cures Foundation, we are committed to fighting food insecurity head-on through our Cure Hunger Now Community Food Outreaches, held twice a month in Beaumont and Banning, California. Our Beaumont Cure Hunger Now Food Outreach takes place every second Saturday of the month, while our Banning Cure Hunger Now Food Outreach happens every last Saturday of the month. (Please note that dates may shift slightly around major holidays.)

Food insecurity remains a serious issue in our local communities. According to recent studies, over 15% of households in Riverside County and approximately 17% of households in San Bernardino County struggle with food insecurity, meaning thousands of families are unsure where their next meal will come from. Children are among the most vulnerable, with nearly 1 in 5 experiencing hunger in the Inland Empire region. Programs like ours are essential in bridging the gap and providing immediate, tangible relief.

At each food outreach, children and their families receive a variety of high-quality USDA products, including meats, canned goods, noodles, 100% juices, cereals, fruit snacks, organic sugar, and much more. Our goal is not just to provide food, but to ensure it is nutritious and family-friendly. Outreaches operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and supplies are distributed while supplies last, so we encourage early arrival!

We could not make these events possible without the incredible support of our dedicated volunteers from Venture Church and the Kids Cures Foundation. Your compassion and hard work are what power these outreaches and allow us to serve hundreds of families every month.
