Our Comfort Build-a-Bag program continues to drop off toys during Covid-19, and we cannot wait to get back to our regular visits with characters and individual, personalized bags. Like all visits, we took time to find the perfect toys to take this month. Volunteers found great items, and bagged them up for safe transport.
We dropped off the bags to kaiser, and we were informed that this visit was the perfect timing! Why? It turns out, that very morning they Play Room opened for the first time since the Covid-19 global pandemic. This means that kids of all ages can finally play with all they toys in the play room, providing comfort.
Toys varied from Melissa and Dug Play Sets, Play-Doh, Disney Princess Dolls, Books, Coloring Books, Action Figures, Art Sets, Playing Cards and More! Doctors and Nurses will safely inspect and pass out toys and add toys to the toy room. What a special visit, and we just know these toys are going to create many fun moments.
